1. Account and sign-in
I forgot my password. What should I do?
Open Reset password and enter your account email. Use the newest email link and check your spam folder. Reset links can expire or be used only once. If a link fails, request a fresh one.
Where is my signup confirmation?
Check the email address you entered and your spam folder. On the confirmation screen, use Resend confirmation email after the countdown. If you used the wrong address, choose Use a different email. Never share confirmation links or verification codes.
Can I sign in with my @username?
Yes. Enter your username with or without @, or use your email, with the same password. Usernames are not case-sensitive. Your username also gives you a profile link at /u/your.username for member search and mentions. You can change it in Settings → Your @username.
Where can I change my password or sign out?
Open Settings → Account & security. Changing your password asks for your current password; use Reset password if you do not know it. Sign out is in the same section. Close your tabs after using a shared device.
2. Plans and workouts
How do I find a plan that fits?
Set your goal, experience and training days during setup, or edit them in Settings → Training preferences. In My plan, explore matches and preview a schedule before choosing. Saving preferences keeps your current plan until you choose a different one.
How do I learn or replace an exercise?
Open Train to follow one exercise at a time. Watch its demonstration and read the instructions before starting. Use Replace exercise to preview alternatives, then choose the movement you want. Only use equipment and loads suitable for you.
Why won’t a video load?
Check your connection and your browser’s settings for third-party content. Exercise demonstrations use YouTube and may be unavailable or blocked in some browsers or regions. Written instructions remain available where provided. A video is guidance, not a check of your individual technique.
Can I preview a workout without an account?
Yes. Go to Explore plans on the homepage and try a guided workout preview. Tracking and saving your own progress require an account.
3. Profile, photos and privacy
Where do I save my weight, height or personal goal?
Open Progress → Body & goals. Log body weight or waist, chest and hip measurements without a photo. Set a personal goal, optional target weight, height and preferred units. You can edit or delete dated measurement entries. These details stay private, even when you share a photo. Change your training-plan goal separately in Settings → Training preferences.
Who can see my profile and city?
Other signed-in members can see your member profile and shared posts. Your email and gender selection are not displayed there. Your city and country are shared when discovery is on. Turn it off or clear your location in Settings → Location & visibility. This does not hide your whole profile.
Are my progress photos private?
Progress photos begin private. In Progress, sharing a new check-in publishes a separate community copy with a public image URL. Avatars and ordinary post images also use public image URLs; anyone with a link may be able to view them. Deleting a post does not automatically remove its stored image file or retract someone’s saved copy. Use a privacy request for stored-file removal.
Can I change my country or use the app without location?
Yes. Country and city are optional and can be selected manually. Location detection only runs when you request it and allow browser permission. Searching another city in Nearby athletes does not change the location on your profile.
How do I delete my account or get a copy of my data?
Self-service account deletion and full data export are not currently available. Use the privacy request contact below for account-wide requests. Signing out or clearing browser storage does not delete your account. Read Your choices and rights for more detail.
4. Community concerns
Read our Community guidelines for respectful sharing and connecting. If you encounter impersonation, harassment, a scam or content you believe infringes your rights, use the support contact below with the username or content link and a short description.
In-app blocking and automated reporting are not currently available. Avoid further engagement and do not send passwords, identity documents or intimate images as evidence. Support is not an emergency service.
5. Contact and privacy requests
The service is provided under the name YavaFit.

Never send a password, email sign-in link or verification code. You do not need to share progress photos or detailed medical information to ask an account question.
